Diamant Hotel（钻石酒店） ★★★★

The facilities are great, very clean rooms and comfortable bed. The breakfast was also excellent

There is a sign at the door stating that, if you arrive during your stay between 12pm-5am you should ring a bell right above the sign. During check-in we even asked the receptionist (a very kind girl) and she confirmed. Later that evening we arrived back to the hotel around 00:30 am and rang the bell for about 15min, even called the hotel. At last, some not so friendly guy came and opened the door, telling us using very bad english that we were late. Where? To our not so cheap hotel room? Absolutely unaccaptable.

The location of the hotel is perfect for people who are looking to be surrounded by nature. The view from the room is just gorgeous and there are lots of outdoor facilities perfect for families.

The furniture in the room looks a bit outdated and worn out although the lobby looks like it has been recently renovated.

For me, location was paramount. The room was clean and fine and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

I had one night where the AC (klima) wasn't operating correctly and an issue with the toilet that was resolved.

Really nice staff, polite & kind. perfect location, gorgeous environment. great opportunity for water fun. Sári Csárda - nice local hungarian kitchen - great taste but pretty expensive. Loved the outside pool long chairs & baldachin beds / water bike (vizibicikli), great for small kids - mini pool outside/ inside

The hotel needs quit some renovations & more maintenance - pool inside wrongfully treated with too much chloride was not doable to stay inside - itching eyes. Rooms are clean, but beds & furniture need some new investment as they are pretty outdated. Family “suite” / rooms not really great deal - 2room under roof so not full room size - unhandy for adults also not older kids (above 6-7y). 2 swimming pool too cold (outside & inside) Half pension (dinner only - buffet) -5990HUF. / person not always available & need to announce need before 3PM dame day

This hotel is a 4 star superior and it is very good. It is on the margin of a Danube branch and the scenario is very picturesque. It has a decent wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna, pools for kids and adults; outside it has another pool with a slide and another pool for toddlers. Apart from this, there are plenty of activities to do like bowling, billiards, playstation, etc. The food was very good (both dinner and breakfast) with a wide variety. The staff is very professional and speaks good english. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for parents with children and or young couples.

In the wellness area there was not available towels and maybe because of Covid the restaurant seemed small for the size of the hotel and understaffed.

Diamant hotel is just that, a diamond. Very nice people, great breakfast and we made use of the facilities. We were allowed to bring our small dog. The environment is also nice. Next to the water and great to walk with your dog. To enter the swimmingpool you received a wristband. You could also use this to get into your room. That is so easy. this way you never forget your "key or room" card.

The set menu at the restaurant and check in procedure could have been better.

Es sind kleine Details, wie keine Handtuchhalter im Bad, ein Schrankraum aber keine Ablage das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, also alles lag beim Zimmerpersonal. Das restliche Angebot ist eindeutig weiter zu empfehlen.

Tolle Lage, Freundliches Personal, Super Zimmer

Nebenan liegt die Sari Csarda. Wir waren da in den letzten Jahren immer gern zu Gast. Seit diesem Jahr ist das Geschichte. Nie wieder. Ausgedünnte Speisekarte, undurchsichtige Preise mit Nummerncode, lustloses Personal und als Krönung völlig überteuerte Rechnung

Klimaanlage defekt bzw. langer Stromausfall.....

Frühstück soweit okay auch das Abendbuffet war in Ordnung

Preise sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr erhöht gestiegen horrent über 50%, das finde ich für ungarische Verhältnisse viel zu enorm hoch - dadurch werdet ihr Kunden verlieren. Auch die Abschaffung der Fahrräder ist nicht lukrativ u. NICHT Kundenfreundlich !

Das es im Zimmer keine Möglichkeit gibt, Jacken oder Bademäntel aufzuhängen!

Ruhige und schöne Umgebung, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, viele Aktivitäten, das Essen war ausgezeichnet und sehr abwechslungsreich.

Leider war das Zimmer etwas abgewohnt. (Teppich alt und fleckig, Vorhänge abgenutzt)- trotzdem war es sauber

Uns wurde mitgeteilt das die Putzfrau noch Zeit benötigt das Zimmer sauber zu machen, die Putzfrau saß im Gang und spielte am Handy

Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr bemüht, freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich denke, zur Sommerzeit ist das Hotel etwas charmanter als im Herbst. Gelangweilt haben wir uns nicht. Für Unterhaltung ist gesorgt, ein paar entspannte Spaziergänge sind auch möglich. Da es in der Gegend nur ein Restaurant und keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt (im Oktober), sollten Getränke und Snacks im Gepäck zur Sicherheit nicht fehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns das am Badezimmer. Einiges war kaputt, schimmelig und wirklich schlecht gereinigt. Ein Tütchen Shampoo pro Person für 3 Übernachtungen würde ich nicht unbedingt als "Pflegeprodukte im Zimmer" verstehen. Aber das ist vielleicht Ansichtssache....Zimmer werden leider nicht täglich geputzt, auch der Wellnessbereich sah während 4 Tagen Aufenthalt unverändert aus (herum stehende Flaschen, dreckige Tische). Hier besteht also durchaus noch Luft nach oben.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig .Man findet Entspannung und die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet.Das Frühstück ist besonders gut und vielseitig. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend..

Понравилось расположение отеля на озере. Сам номер с окнами- дверьми в пол с видом на озеро. Хорошие пуховые одеяла и подушки.

Старое в пятнах ковровое покрытие, паутина на окнах и в ванной, открыв маленькое окно, обнаружили между рамами кучу божьих коровок на зимовке. В Wellness только одна маленькая сауна. Гости не имеют сауна культуры - садятся прямо в мокрых трусах на дерево. Завтраки - так себе, а ужины минимум совсем. 100мл. простого красного Каберне на ужине 1300 форинтов( 4€). 120€ за ночь для таких услуг в Венгрии - ну, такое….
